I’m fully qualified to perform relaxation massages. My true passion is in injury resolution. I use my knowledge of trigger point pain patterns and myofascial release technique to listen to and engage the body. When we’ve created the right environment for healing, we can remove the dysfunctions that are keeping the body form optimal performance and reestablish it’s ability to function!
