Hello Beautiful Beings!My name is Holly Waddell and I'm a State Medical Board Licensed Massage Therapist and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor. I've always been passionate about serving others and I want to help you learn your body's potential for natural healing and how both massage and yoga can help. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) after passing Ohio's Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx) and completing over 950 credit hours in courses that include:​Exercise Science - Nutrition – Kinesiology – Neuro-Muscular ReleaseAromatherapy - Pathology - Myology - Human Anatomy​I'm well practiced in a medical setting (clinical and chiropractic), in sports therapy (for gym members) and a comfy spa setting (my own locations at Sunshine Upon You, Circleville, OH and Sunshine Upon You @ Salon OASIS & Day Spa in Chillicothe).​​I specialize in the following techniques:​Advanced Swedish Massage - Trigger Point Therapy (TrP) Fascial Release - Post Isometric Muscle Release (PIMR) Reflexology - Spray & Stretch - Hot Stone Massage ​I became a Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) after studying with the renowned teachers at Yoga on High, a well-respected studio within the central Ohio community. I teach intelligently sequenced, safe, and well-rounded classes to a variety of students. I offer a larger class setting at Rainbow YOGA, Chillicothe, OH and also personalized beginner's courses at my Home Studio - Sunshine Upon You, Circleville, OH. ​As a proud Circleville community member, I also offer FREE Community YOGA at the Lake, every year from April thru October (weather permitting) at the beautiful Hargus Lake. I do accept donations, which are funneled 100% back to the community in the form of local clean-up events and charity opportunities deemed suitable. ​I have a heartfelt desire to teach others healthy coping skills and natural healing options and I also love continuing to learn all I can to help optimize their care! ​​I love working as a wellness professional!
