I am also certified in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish massage, prenatal massage, active isolated stretching, and sports massage. I have been trained in ART(Active Release Technique). I received my degree in Omaha, Nebraska at Omaha School of Massage Therapy and Healthcare so I can be Nationally Certified and Nationally recognized.
