I have been practicing massage therapy since 2014. Though my pressure can vary from light to medium-firm, I do perform deep tissue (which is different from deep pressure). I have helped many clients deal with recovery from injuries, general pain, chronic pain, etc. I am certified in prenatal, oncology, hot stone, cupping, assisted stretch, and am constantly learning new techniques to better help my clients feel their best.
