I graduated from the Body Therapy Institute in December of 1994, and was licenses and nationally certified in massage in 1995. I earned a bachelor of science and a minor in nutrition from NCSU in 1996. Most massages I perform are an integrated blend of Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Release, Swedish, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I also perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pre-Natal and Craniosacral Massage as stand alone sessions. I also offer services as a certified Science of Stretching Coach. I currently work at my home office in Winterville, NC on Thursdays and Fridays. At this location, the massage room is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs, and I have dogs.
