With over 15 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina, I’ve been helping clients feel better in their bodies since 2009. My approach to massage is centered on listening to the body and working with it—not against it—to create meaningful relief in a comfortable, pain-free way. Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation or relief from headaches, neck pain, back pain, sciatica, or plantar fasciitis, each session is tailored to your individual needs. My goal is to help you release tension, restore balance, and move with greater ease while making the process as relaxing and pain-free as possible. I believe your body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right attention, and my role is to help guide that process through thoughtful, iintentional therapeutic touch.
