Hi, I'm Chris! I've been practicing massage therapy since 2022 and I absolutely love it!I love helping people and I have a passion for troubleshooting problems. I'm an Army veteran and a former engineering student. I have a good understandingof how the body moves and where tension starts to build up. Deep tissue work is my favorite.I specialize in myofascial and trigger point therapy. I work with my clients to find the root cause of their pain. Some of the specific problems that Ican help with are tension headaches, TMJ (jaw pain), carpal tunnel/achy hands, low back/sacrum pain, and plantar fasciitis.
