With nearly two decades of military service and my own personal healing journey, I bring a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and purpose to my work as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. After surviving a life-changing accident in 2015, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of therapeutic touch. That experience became the foundation for my passion: helping others manage chronic and acute pain, stress, and trauma through massage therapy.

I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, and other evidence-based techniques designed to promote healing, balance, and mobility. My practice is grounded in professionalism and respect, with a focus on individualized care that honors the body’s wisdom and the client’s goals.

Through Morrison Restorative Therapies, LLC, I offer mobile massage services designed to meet clients where they are -- literally and therapeutically.
