Hello! I'm originally from San Diego, CA, and certified from The Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. As a therapist, my goal is to bring each massage client into a deeply relaxed state, where the body's natural, self-healing abilities can rejuvenate and restore health and well-being. My massage and bodywork style is calm, slow, nurturing and intuitive, using a comprehensive blend of Swedish, Trigger Point and Reflexology techniques. Prenatal, postpartum and fibromyalgia clients are welcomed!
