I have been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2004, licensed and nationally certified. I am currently practicing in North Carolina in the Raleigh Durham area. I have trained in Myofascial Release techniques, Cranio Sacral techniques, Orthopedic Massage, KT Taping, Cupping, flossing, IASTM tools, and most recently Bodywork for PTSD.
