I am a licensed massage therapist and been practicing for 8 plus years after completing massage school at Wake Tech . I have always been interested in learning about the body and how it moves . Prior to becoming a massage therapist I was working as a (ISSA) certified personal trainer for 13 plus year. While working at jobs like Massage envy , LifeTime , Healthtrax, Triangle spine center and Holistic vitality chiropractic center, I received advanced training in Graston, stretching (NASM) and Cupping . I specialize in relaxation , deep tissue , trigger point , sports massage and medical. Also TMJ/ headaches.
