When I started Myo Mechanics I really wanted to create a space where clients were comfortable and felt safe. I do a lot of therapeutic work and I strive to meet the client where they are that day. Whether they are an established client or brand new and we just met. I don't break out my sessions into different modalities. Every session is different and tailored to the clients needs that day, as well as any long term goals we have set.
