About
Ever have a massage so good you feel like you are in your own warm, comfortable little orb just floating about in a different dimension?… Well, that is exactly how I got into bodywork. And I want you to know the feeling of being encapsulated in your own little orb, even if it’s just for an hour.
Working with a firm but gentle approach to help ease deep muscle tension while promoting relaxation will help you achieve a state of self healing.
You can find me at Massage Daze in Raleigh, NC.
Otherwise, you may find me checking out the local eats, hiking NC trails, walking my pup, climbing at Triangle Rock Club, or you may not find me at all because I am a homebody and there is no changing that!
