After graduating from the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC, I quickly started taking extra workshops and specializing in John Barnes Myofascial Release and Usui Reiki as well as incorporating structural work. Working with each individual, your fascial system, as well as incorporating energy work is what I enjoy about this work.
