About
I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. I graduated from Kneaded Energy School of Massage. My passion lies in customizing each massage to meet the unique needs of my clients, whether that means addressing issues from conditions such as carpal tunnel, frozen shoulder, piriformis syndrome, SI joint pain, thoracic outlet syndrome, plantar fasciitis or just muscle tension in general. This is your massage, and I want to help you meet your goals. In today's fast-paced world, many people find themselves stuck in a constant state of fight or flight, and I truly believe that massage therapy can help shift them into a more relaxed state. I focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing my clients to enter a restful and restorative "rest and digest" state. Whether you're seeking deep tissue work to relieve muscle tension or just looking to unwind and relax, I'm here to help you find the balance you need. Let's work together to create the perfect massage experience for you!
I am located inside of Lewisville Laser and Aesthetics.
