Janice Hopkins, Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist #19412In 2018, I graduated from The Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City, NY where I received an associates degree in occupational studies. I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist in NC and also licensed in NY. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. Also, worked on many clients to help reduce pain due to achilles tendinitis, migraine headaches, arthritis, low back pain, sciatica, SI joint issues, neck pain, frozen shoulder, and TMJ. I also worked closely with athletes in sports medicine and pre & post workouts. On a regular basis, Taking continuing education courses and training to keep up to date on the latest therapeutic modalities. Some specialties include- Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Dry Cupping Therapy, Chakra Stone Balancing, & Gua Sha.In my spare time I enjoy writing poetry, exercising, cooking, and baking.
