Sophia Rinkert

Hi! I’m Sophia, LMBT #21809 and the owner of Active Tranquility. Along with 7 years of experience as a personal trainer, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Wingate University and my certification in neuromuscular therapy from the WNC School of Massage. Having personally battled thoracic outlet syndrome and witnessed the challenges faced by family members with neuropathy and arthritis, I am driven by empathy to manage pain and reduce the impact it has on our lives. I know firsthand how life-changing massage can be, and I can’t wait to share my skills with you. Beyond my clinical experience, I am inspired by the indulgence of spas and am committed to blending those serene environments with the therapeutic benefits of pain relief modalities. I believe that even clinical massages should feel like a luxury! As a North Carolina native, I am thrilled to be serving the WNC community in Hendersonville, NC beginning in the spring of 2024!
