From the start of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with military personnel, supporting their recovery, performance, and overall well-being. I’m qualified in sports massage, cupping, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Ayurvedic massage, reflexology, and other core modalities. My goal is to provide personalized, effective care that helps each client feel their best—whether they’re healing, training, or simply looking to relax.
