Hi, I'm Karla and I am so excited to partner with you on your wellness Journey! Life stressors can affect every area of your life, especially your physical well-being. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. As your LMBT, I will utilize Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone Massage to promote relaxation, release tension, and further the body's ability to heal itself. I am a graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage (KESM, 2018). I have been practicing since 2019 as a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. I have been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember. I am also a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (2012) with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology: Sports Medicine.
