I practice reiki, trigger point release, and swedish massage. As a cancer survivor, I believe in the power of therapeutic massage to relieve pain, reduce stress, and quicken the body's natural healing processes. I also believe that safe touch is an important component of emotional and mental health, and can be a great complement to behavioral therapies. No matter your challenges, it's always wonderful to just relax, let go of daily stress, and be transported to a dreamy state of bliss! I offer in-home service as well as studio sessions in NoDa, Charlotte NC.
