Thank you for allowing me to share my art with you! I provide a unique integrated massage customized for you. I believe that movement, massage, and proper breathwork can help you achieve a freedom in your body and mind. My massages are intuitive and may include myofascial/structural integration, relaxing deep tissue, movement and stretching. Massage is my passion. I have been practicing for 14 years and am also a massage therapy educator and yoga instructor. I am dedicated to a life long journey of learning and am truly fascinated by the human body and its capacity. I love sharing joy and compassion through my career as a bodywork professional.
