I am a twice-certified massage therapist with 1500 hours of training. I have had a successful healing practice since 2001, and have 16 years of practice as a bodyworker. In addition, I am a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher.I specialize in helping women heal from the effects of chronic stress, anxiety, pain, and trauma through somatic nervous system healing and bodywork. Through our work together, my clients can reclaim a sense of wholeness, vitality, and resilience.
