I approach my work from a holistic perspective, incorporating both eastern and western modalities into my sessions. Utilizing massage therapy, craniosacral balancing and intuitive energy healing, I cater each session to further my client's journey towards health. I am a graduate of Skidmore College (1998) and the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences (2001).

I offer time and space to listen to each individual client with compassion and non-judgement - welcoming all ages, races, genders and sexual orientations.
