I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012, with experience in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuro-Muscular Trigger Point Therapy, Medical Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Biodynamic Energy Work and Crystal Healing. I offer a wide range of sessions, tailored to each individual client to reduce pain and tension and assist the body's natural healing process. Sessions can focus on helping clients simply relax and re-center, develop more flexibility and better mobility, treat short-term pain and discomfort for quick relief, or areas of chronic tension to help clients find long-lasting relief and wellness.
