Zuzia Kwasniewski

Zuzia Kwasniewski, B.S., L.M.T. graduated from the world-renown New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts, and has practiced massage in New York State since 1996. Zuzia's training far exceeds NYS licensing requirements, and your body will appreciate the difference. ​The basis of Zuzia's work is Ortho-Bionomy, which engages the proprioceptive nervous system. The work is deeply relaxing and supports profound release, gently and effectively, of long-standing patterns that may be causing pain or limiting movement.​Zuzia is also trained in sports massage, shiatzu, Polarity Therapy, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage technique and more. A yoga practitioner for over 40 years, Zuzia also incorporates assisted stretches in nearly every session. Zuzia maintains a private practice, worked at the Saratoga YMCA, and also tutors and mentors.​
