About

I graduated from MCC massage therapy program in 2009 and I have been providing massage services to clients ever since. Well, MCC I had a summer internship with a Rochester Rhinos where I would prefer my pre- and post-massages. Throughout my career I have had many hours of continuing education and I am constantly learning. I specialize in Swedish massage sports massage and deep tissue. I also have a certification and cupping, hot stone, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I have learned to apply many techniques to customize the perfect massage for you. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just have a goal of pure relaxation, I will get you on the path to relief!
