I received my massage therapy education at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY and have worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. My training includes Traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue, Dynamic Cupping, Facial, and Prenatal Massage.  Each massage session is customized to support your current needs and address areas of pain and stiffness.
