Marisol Placido

Marisol grew up dedicating most of her life to health and fitness. Working in the health and medical field for 16 years very passionate about her work it began to make a large impact on her personal life as well. After the loss of her mother to stomach cancer she participated in a variety of events. Several marathons, three triathlons and an ironman later she was opened up to the CrossFit world and has been passionate about it ever since.Marisol is a graduate from Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Trained in the following modalities: Neuromuscular Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Massage, Chair Massage, Sports Massage, Hydrotherapy Massage, and Thai Massage she is also certified as a massage cupping practitioner.
