I have been in practice for many years. I am a certified teacher of Taylor Techniques Myofascial Release. I have been a teaching assistant with the Upledger and Barral Institutes for years as well. I do Myofascial Release, Visceral and Neural Manipulation, Craniosacral, Lymphatic, Acupressure, Reflexology and Reiki. I combine techniques for the individual client's needs. I aim to create a balance for each client, so that each may move more freely, pain free and get the most out of their life.
