Massage Therapy is my life's work- I bring twenty-five years of experience to the table. Each session begins with the question, "What are your needs today?" This turns into a conversation, which turns into a session that will cater to your particular needs. I draw from a number of modalities- Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lauterstein Method, Therapeutic Touch, Reiki - and create an experience that will help you heal, restore, and rejuvenate.
