After healing through a difficult hip surgery, I reevaluated my life and learned first hand that it took more than my prescribed surgery and PT for my body to recover from the trauma. I believe that much of my healing came from the quieter relaxation states achieved through massage and energy treatments following surgery. I am happy to say, I made a 100% recovery, changed careers, and have since learned more about how crucial it is for the mind, body, and spirit to relax in order to achieve a life of optimal health.  My intention for my clients is to offer massage and energy healing to help calm the mind, body, and soul. After a thorough intake prior to massage, I assess and evaluate my client's needs to determine their best course of treatment. I am certified in Oncology massage, and work with a wide array of modalities to create a healing session specially designed for each client. It is my greatest pleasure to offer my full time services to clients at my offices in both  Saratoga Springs and Clifton Park and also to cancer patients (part time) at the C.R. Woods Center Center at Glens Falls Hospital (on Tuesdays).
