I have been married for 33 years with three amazing sons and live up in the North Country for 28 years. I have been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for going on 14 years working at A Personal Touch Beauty spa since the day I became licensed. I am currently opening my own office and renting a space at a Physical Therapy office . I enjoy Medical Massage and am excited to be in a new environment learning and growing and working toward new modalities and experiences. I love Massage and appreciate the importance of Massage for mental , emotional and physical healing . My focus is on appreciation of Deep Tissue and relaxation as a continuum and that you don’t have to have one or the other to heal and see results . I pride myself in being able to individualize each massage to fit your needs and not be a “cookie cutter” or generic experience . I am proud to be able to modify each massage from a senior wanting gentle but therapeutic to an athlete needing Deep restorative work . I have suffered from chronic pain and migraine disease my entire life and my first experience receiving a massage as I was pregnant with my first son and received a massage as a gift .It was life changing and helped me to manage my pain throughout my pregnancy and the two after . I knew I wanted to be Part of such an amazing healing and therapeutic alternative to traditional medicine.
