I am a graduate of Healing Hands Institute for Massage Therapy, Westwood NJ. Dominican University of Blauvelt, NY, Westchester EMS Academy, Valhalla NY and Tappan Zee High School, Orangeburg NY. I also continue to take classes with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy.I am a New York State Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner for Infants through Adults. I have a Bachelors in Biology Pre-med and am a former NYS Emergency Medical Technician. I have extensive knowledge of Human Anatomy, Exercise Physiology, Postural Assessment and how stress and tension affect the body.I entered massage therapy due to the persuasion of a fellow physical therapy student following a life changing knee injury. I always thought as many others do that Massage was just a luxury and not a real treatment. I soon realized that I was wrong. Massage is an integral component of relaxation, rehabilitation, pain and stress relief. Many use Massage along with conventional treatment.I currently practice in Monroe, NY.
