Audrey Donaldson

I have been a licensed massage therapist for 9 years. I have a passion for helping people and have always loved science and the human body. I was drawn to massage therapy because of practical applications of how knowledge of muscles and anatomy can be used to heal people's aliments. I find massage to be particularly effective because it heals the muscles and relaxes the mind simultaneously. ​ I specialize in hot stone and deep tissue massage, and I am particularly effective in treating problems in the back, neck, and shoulders. my other techniques include swedish, medical, sports, and prenatal massage. I am currently studying myoskeletal alignment and look foward to becoming certified in the near future.
