I specialize in Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, CranioSacral and Lymphatic Drainage Massages as well as detailed work to help with injury rehabilitation. Helping people reduce pain, stress and inflammation is what motivates me and the results brings clients back for more. My intention is to always provide you with longer lasting benefits of a therapeutic massage while leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with increased flexibility. I offer deep and specific work catered to each client to help them heal, while still providing an enjoyable, relaxing massage. I have a caring yet no nonsense approach to my techniques incorporating several modalities to create a customized session focusing exclusively on your needs. I also rely on my hands, strong experience, and the ability to address disharmony in the body to facilitate recovery and healing. This is my true passion and would love to get a chance to help you in your journey, whether it is to relax or recover.
