Seeking to understand myself and others through human anatomy, psychology, healthy living, and energetic palpation has led to a culmination of blended holistic sessions.
Years of working on people has allowed for deep therapeutic relationships and healings to occur. Maintaining personal wellness and receiving endless therapeutic sessions/continuing education has strengthened the foundations of my services. I value authenticity and integrity in my personal and professional life.
My bodywork style is chosen to represent the needs of each client. This blend may consist of Swedish Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Medical Massage,, Energetic Palpation, and/or Reflexology.
Practitioner and client work together as an empowering team of accountability and reflection.
A session represents a sacred offering of self care and progression inward.
