I offer a range of services that are either massage or stretching. I use a variety of techniques depending on what the client expresses concern about and what I feel throughout the session to best achieve the clients goals. My massage is rooted in correcting the posture of joints such as the hips, so that the body when resting is lined up evenly and joints are stacked on top of one another. I do this to the best of my ability with what the clients body will allow me to do.
