I'm Ruth Espada, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Founder of Spa Suite 4.My mission is simple: to make life easier for you and your entire family.I specialize in providing pain relief for all ages, offering personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each family member. Family is central to who I am—being the youngest of 5 biological siblings, along with 5 adopted siblings, has given me a deep appreciation for connection and care.Since 2008, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients enhance their body’s functions and feel their best. In addition to massage therapy, I’m certified in Reflexology, Reiki, Cupping, and Hypnotherapy, and I’m also a DoTERRA Wellness Advocate, integrating essential oils into my practice for added therapeutic benefits.In my free time, I love practicing Pilates, dancing, biking, and organizing. As a 4th generation gardener, I also enjoy staying connected to nature. Self-care is a priority for me—I believe in staying proactive rather than reactive, which is why I regularly receive massages myself to maintain my own well-being.I am passionate about using massage therapy to improve the lives of my clients, helping them achieve optimal health and balance.
