Elizabeth J. Lalumia

Elizabeth Lalumia, LMT has been a NY State licensed therapeutic massage therapist for 16+ years (2006) and makes in home visits.  Her past work experience includes high-end spas in Manhattan (Bliss spa, Elizabeth Arden), work with celebrities and athletes and for the past 10 years, running her own private practice, in Westchester County, NY, specializing in pre- and post-natal massage (certified), medical, relaxation and therapeutic massage.  Liz has also freelanced for Zeel doing outcalls for the past five years. Her varied approach includes such massage modalities as Swedish, sports, deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, shiatsu techniques (especially for labor induction and pain management), and injury/back rehab.
