The power of true wellness, meaning to heal the entire person (physically, mentally, emotionally, financially, spiritually) is what drove me to my passion of Massage Therapy and toxic-free natural living. As a massage therapist for over 9 years I know the consequences that stress causes to the mind and body. I also know the significant positive impact bodywork has on those stressors. While I am trained extensively in all the traditional massage techniques, I focus and specialize on restoring function through intentional techniques of holistic medical/orthopedic massage. I work with your body and your current level of function. As a result, not only will you feel better, you’ll be a more productive, clear minded, and happy person at work, at home and in society.As a business owner and a mom of a toddler, I know what a busy life looks like. I am here to show you, support you and guide you with practical, affordable, and simple ways to designing the epic life we all deserve. I know that you want to be more productive at home and work. I know you want the very best for yourself and your family.Finally, being a consultant for a wellness company, allows me to show you how I deal with everyday issues in my life in a safe, non-toxic way.
