I work best in 90 minute sessions and incorporate a full range of techniques including Swedish, Ayurvedic, Sports massage, Thai Yoga, Stretching, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue & Myofascial work, Lomi Lomi, Cupping, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, and Prenatal massage. However, truth be told, what sets me apart is my compassion & ability to truly connect with my clients. Being ADHD & Autistic myself, I am familiar with the frustration & setbacks that come with chronic conditions & rare disorders & am able to relate on this level, as well. I enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, autoimmune disorders, people struggling to find diagnosis, those with depression, PTSD & even post recovery. My tendency is to help make people feel better, while providing confidence, encouraging strength & independence, as well as thinking outside the box for solutions, and am a walking example teaching others why you should never give up! I am driven to establish measurable improvements in the health & wellness of those around me via whatever means works for them. I began my own journey many years ago through healing with meditation, yoga, ASMR, energy work & sound therapy. This is where my experience is a benefit! My goal is to offer a well rounded array of options to help others take back control of their health. Last but not least, I am also a certified meditation guide, Reiki Master, sound therapist and ordained Unitarian Universalist Ministress. My focus is in healing helping my clients to heal through Naturopathy, and my belief is that anything is possible.
