Welcome to my page! Here is a little about me: I've been a practicing massage therapist for 32 years, a physical therapist for 27 years and a certified ergonomic specialist for 5 years. I believe in treating holistically which means I take your whole body into account when we work together. Are you eating well? Are you sleeping well? Are you under any acute or chronic stress situations? All of these can contribute to an overall feeling of distress which massage can help to alleviate along with changes to poor habits you may have.
