I am a NM licensed massage therapist (#7919) and I've been practicing massage since 2014. I was trained in medical massage but I utilize many different modalities: swedish, trigger point, active release and craniosacral therapy to name a few. I am able to provide anything from deep tissue work to very gentle touch.  I believe that the mental benefits of massage are as beneficial as the physical. I love what I do and I hope that you will too!
