Christina Rizzo

Christina Rizzo became a licensed Massage Therapist in October 2024 after leaving her profession as a scientist. Christina graduated from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with B.S. in biochemistry in December 2010. Christina worked in many industries as a scientist from over the counter medicine to personal care products and cosmetics to nutraceuticles. She was first introduced to massage therapy when she was working for a company in Albuquerque, New Mexico that made massage cream. The company even took her on a business trip to the AMTA convention in California. Christina really enjoyed learning about the benefits of Massage therapy and how it really fit into her natural more holistic lifestyle. Finally, Christina decided to register for Body in Mind Massage therapy school where she graduated in September 2024 as valedictorian. She is certified in cupping since February 2025 and is going through certification for prenatal massage.Christina is excited for her career in Massage Therapy as well as learning new techniques and satisfying her urge to help people.When I am not palpating muscles you can find me with my family. My two nieces fill my time with all sorts of adventures and activities. If I am not with family then I am on a hike with my dog Wall-E. We both enjoy nature and exploring a new trail.
