With over one thousand hours of continuing education and almost a decade’s worth of hands on experience, each session I provide is a unique experience. I pride myself in taking a whole body, eastern based approach to the body. Deeply rooted in Chinese medicine, I firmly believes that every body should be treated as the distinct creation it is. Aside from my practical bodywork practices (myofascial massage, sports stretching, trigger point therapy, & lymphatic drainage), I have a deep love for herbs and essential oils and how they interact with the body. I am a certified Facial Reflexologist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Sound Healer, and Accupressurist who loves to work each of these special modalities into all my massages and facials!
