My name is Ashley Trindade, and I am the owner of Knot Today LLC. I am a licensed massage therapist with over 7 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have become increasingly fascinated by the human body and its incredible complexity. The body is a beautiful, intricate system that can store stress, trauma, and emotion in ways many people don’t realize.

That fascination has shaped me into a results-driven therapist. I focus on creating long-term improvements, not just temporary relief. When I work with a client, I assess the root of the issue and tailor each session to address specific muscular concerns with intention and care.

I am the type of therapist you can bring your muscle problems to with confidence — my goal is to find effective, lasting solutions. Above all, I strive to earn my clients’ trust by providing a safe, controlled, and professional environment where they feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
