I have been practicing remedial massage for the past 26 years. Remedial massage is a corrective massage. I listen to your concerns, assess your posture and mechanics and develop a treatment plan. There is also a relaxing component to my treatments as I believe the body has to in a state of calm to accept any treatment. I do not believe in 'grinning and bearing pain'. I am well versed in trigger point work, cupping and scrapping techniques to help reduce you pain and discomfort.I am also a certified holistic lifestyle coach and certified exercise coach.
