Raised under the guidance of her grandmother and mother, she imbibed the teachings of plants, gardening, self-care, and organic living. Her passion for clean living led her to explore herbs, global cuisines, and various cultural wellness practices.Monika has graduated from Business School of Commerce and Economics in the Czech Republic but her passion in health and wellness has always been a strong drive that has motivated her to pursue this path on a deeper level. From a young age, Monika found joy in helping others. Inspired by her grandmother, a holistic woman with diverse roles including herbalist, yoga practitioner, athlete, spiritual guide, gourmet chef, and business owner, Monika learned the importance of connecting with nature and aiding those in need.At 15, Monika faced a significant challenge after a car accident and multiple sports-related incidents. Seeking holistic healing, she explored various modalities such as physical therapy, energy work, herbalism, nutrition, and somatic techniques. Massage therapy emerged as a transformative solution, enabling her to return to sports, including becoming a competitive ballroom dancer.Through her personal journey, Monika discovered the profound impact of healing touch combined with in-depth knowledge of the human body. She realized that massage therapy could effectively target problem areas, alleviate pain, release accumulated stress, trigger detoxification, and improve overall well-being.Monika completed her massage therapy education at the prestigious Body In Mind Massage Institute in Tom's River, New Jersey. In addition to obtaining certification for Prenatal and Postpartum Massage treatments, she pursued advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy at the esteemed Great River Craniosacral Institute under the guidance of Dr. Ron Wish. Committed to ongoing personal and professional development, Monika is currently in her third year of dedicated studies in philosophy and energy healing techniques at the renowned Tracker School, under the mentorship of Tom Brown Jr.Monika's fascination with diverse massage techniques, their benefits, and the ability to address individual needs stems from her personal experiences.
