I have over 20 years experience in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, with a Master's Degree in Sports Medicine. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Many clients come to me for Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT), which is a technique used for treatment of lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery. LDT is very gentle, it consists of rubs, strokes or pushes of the skin in directions that follow the structure of the lymphatic system so that the lymph fluid can drain through proper channels. Sessions last from 60 - 90 minutes.

Myofascial Release (MFR) therapy is another specialty I use in my practice. It focuses on releasing muscular shortness and tightness. Many patients seek treatment due to losing flexibility or function following an injury or just experiencing ongoing back, shoulder, hip or pain in any area containing soft tissue.

I am the sole owner/therapist of Life Massage, LLC, located in a quiet residential area. My studio is very warm and inviting. My clients vary from the very young to the geriatric. This is not a spa; it is strictly a therapeutic massage studio...no facials here.
