Elyse Eve Kakos

Greetings, my name is Elyse Kakos . I own GodFit Personal Training & Massage Therapy . I attended the Professional Massage Therapy Program at Cortiva Institute-Somerset School of Massage Therapy in Wall Township and graduated with honors in September 2010. I I have several certifications in Personal Training & Massage Therapy at the National Academy of Sports Medicine NJ.  I am certified to practice Massage Therapy in the state of New Jersey by the NJ Board of Nursing: Massage, Bodywork & Somatic Therapy Examining Committee, and professionally insured by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Our business caters Men, Women and children with parental consent.  I can accommodate most busy schedules.  I like to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in relieving tight muscles from every day use or injuries from overuse.  I decided to become a Massage Therapist because I love helping people. At the end of my day, I find such fulfillment knowing I have made a difference in helping clients feel better.  I act as an instrument to heal others.My mission is to empower all of God’s children to manifest positive changes in their lives. I teach balance, mental clarity, and physical fitness. We get to honor God with our bodies, and I am committed to teaching you how to become the best version of YOU!
